Sarah Lackey DNP RN ACC CMC
Dr. Sarah Lackey is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), certified by the International Coaching Federation, trained by Coach Academy International. She has over 40 years' experience in healthcare and has coached clients in a variety of positions and from a variety of backgrounds, including executive leaders, managers, educators and others.
As author of the Cone Health Conceptual Framework for Nurse Retention®, Dr. Lackey is the most experienced subject matter expert for this unique process. She educates and trains work groups in the applications of the Framework, and provides context and consulting to leaders to maximize outcomes of its use.
